NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed statements of qualifications for full-service architectural and engineering firms to perform a construction feasibility study, initial space programming and the development of schematic design options on a new 80,000+/-/- square foot multi-story office building for the Department of Social Services, Child Advocacy Center, and future County growth space. The goal is to identify the most capable and experienced firm for this potential project.

Such statements of qualifications may be submitted electronically using the BidNet platform at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/waynecountyny (vendor registration required) OR by mail, clearly identified and filed with the Public Works Department, 7227 Route 31, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 5:00 pm on October 24th, 2025.
