Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services Project: Old Town of Santa Rosa Foreman Property Phase 1- Nellie Drive Extension

The County has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from interested and qualified firms (Consultants) offering to provide CEI Services for the Old Town of Santa Rosa Foreman Property Phase 1 - Nellie Drive Extension Project, in accordance with the specifications stated herein.

The Walton County Board of County Commissioners (“County”) is soliciting qualifications from professional engineering firms (Consultants) to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the Old Town of Santa Rosa Foreman Property Phase 1- Nellie Drive Extension Project (ITB 26-03) in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

This RFQ is issued pursuant to the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), §287.055, Florida Statutes, and seeks to select the most qualified firm to administer, monitor, and inspect the work performed under the construction contract for this partially FDOT-funded roadway project. Cost proposals are not to be submitted at this stage; contract negotiations will be conducted only with the highest-ranked firm following evaluation.
