Summary

Flagler County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified firms to submit competitive sealed Statements of Qualifications (RSQs) to provide Construction, Engineering & Inspection (CEI) services. These services will support two Design-Build capital improvement projects and include pay app certification, quality assurance, inspection, materials sampling, testing, monitoring, plan review, schedule review, progress meeting and reporting, as well as any required State threshold inspections. All work must comply with project design documents, contract requirements, and Flagler County standards.
