The intent of this Request for Proposal ("RFP”) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from a qualified Consultant to perform comprehensive Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services during the construction of the South Sterling Boulevard (Route 846) Extension (Future Route 643 Shellhorn Road) Project from Moran Road (Route 643) to Pacific Boulevard (Route 1036) (“Project”).
