INTRODUCTION
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners invites firms to submit statement of qualifications to provide professional engineering services
to support the construction and installation of the directional drilling of a Subaqueous Water Main at Dupont Bridge. The intent of this solicitation is to acquire a team to
provide professional services to include, but not limited to, surveying, design review based
on their combined experience with directional drilling of subaqueous construction; involving process and equipment, and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services.
Funding for the project may be made possible through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Act (ASADRA) program through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDEP and the EPA. Respondents shall comply with the FDEP Supplementary Conditions and the labor standards clauses shown at Exhibit 3.

for RFQ NO: 25-21 Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for Subaqueous Water Main Installation at Dupont Bridge will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 2:30 PM (CST) Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Submittals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Submittal is received on time.
