Qualifications:

The Contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time of contract award. The Contractor and sub-Contractor shall be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (Public Works Contractor (PWC) Registration).
Added in Addendum 1: Class B license.

Special Requirements:

A mandatory on-site meeting for contractors is scheduled for Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. and Thursday November 7, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the site located at Devlin Road, American Canyon, CA 94503. Meeting point is 900 feet south of South Kelly Road – see attached map. Contractors must attend at least one of the Pre-Bid meetings, but may attend both.
