Description
L’étude conceptuelle initiale, réalisée par Boulianne Charpentier architectes, a défini les besoins fonctionnels du BETO et établi un concept architectural préliminaire. Le présent mandat comprend la révision de cette étude, la production des plans et devis pour appel d’offres, la coordination interdisciplinaire (architecture, structure, civil, mécanique, électricité), ainsi que les services professionnels durant la phase de construction, incluant la participation aux réunions de chantier, la production des rapports de surveillance et la préparation des certificats de réception provisoire et définitive.
Le projet vise la construction d’un bâtiment durable et fonctionnel destiné à regrouper les activités du BETO, qui œuvre à la protection de l’environnement et à la gestion du territoire d’Odanak.
