Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to upgrade approximately 686 linear feet of S. August Circle and 800 linear feet of S. Adele Circle. This project will involve, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing, removal of pavement, removal of culvert pipes, excavation, import and placement of borrow material, import and placement of aggregate base and surface courses, paving, installation of drainage culverts, placement of topsoil and seed, and sign installation.
Questions or requests for clarifications shall be directed to the Borough’s Purchasing Office. Questions or requests for clarification directed to any other member of the Borough staff, or consultants may be grounds for rejection of proposal as being irregular.
