This contract is for a project which consists of the construction of an approximately 7,983 square foot , two-bay drive-through EMS station with administrative, support, and living areas. The work will include site/civil, general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering.

Background

PROJECT NOTICE:

EMS 2 is essentially a “carbon copy” of EMS 4; only the site conditions are different.
All of the answers to the questions related to the EMS 4 building have been incorporated into the EMS 2 bid documents.
