construct and assemble an aluminum awning/cover over an existing patio

Request For Proposal
MEMS is seeking cost proposals from Little Rock area Commercial Contractors to construct and assemble an aluminum awning/cover over an existing patio that is located at MEMS’ Headquarters in Little Rock, AR. Contractor must be considered a “Full Service” provider and capable of overseeing all phases of work necessary to complete the addition. Supplier must be licensed, insured, bonded and in good standing with AR A/G office, and BBB.
In order to be considered eligible to submit cost proposals, Supplier will need to be present for the mandatory on-site inspection and Q&A which will be held at MEMS’ Headquarters, and speak with MEMS’ Facilities Manager. Once site inspection is complete, Supplier will submit their cost proposal within the timeframe outlined within the Bidder’s Instructions. Supplier will oversee all necessary work to complete job as outline the Scope of Work.
