A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at 5555 Cynamide Road, Bryant, AR on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 @ 10:00 AM. Bids must be delivered to the office of Angie Drummond (Suite 115) at the Courthouse on or before Thursday, May 7, 2026 @ 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
