Constitution Park Pool Liner Replacement

The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland are soliciting bids for the project:

CONSTITUTION PARK POOL LINER REPLACEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 2025-24-RECR

Completed bids shall be submitted to the City of Cumberland’s online solicitation website, until but not after 2:00 p.m. , local time, on 1/28/2026 .  All Bids will be virtually released at 2:00 p.m. on that date and available to view on the website. Released bid information does not constitute any award has been made.

Project description:

The City of Cumberland (hereafter referred to as the “City”) is soliciting proposals from established and qualified vendors for the design, provision, and installation of a new pool liner for the Constitution Park Pool in Cumberland, Maryland. The Pool is approximately 200’ x 73’ with sections ranging from 3.5’ to 10.5’ deep. Please review the full specification document, which outlines all proposal requirements.

A "Mandatory PREBID SESSION” for the purpose of answering or obtaining answers to questions of parties interested in performing the work, relative to construction details, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on 1/8/2026 at the Craft House in Constitution Park (770 Park View Ave, Cumberland, MD 21502).

The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.
