In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c)(1), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District intends to consolidate contracts for Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for projects located in the Omaha District’s Area of Responsibility (AOR) for the Petroleum Oil and Lubricants program. The consolidated effort will be solicited as Multiple Award Task Order Construction Contracts (MATOC) for Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Construction projects in support of DoD and other Federal agencies.



This consolidation meets the requirements of FAR 7.107-2, the benefits of the consolidated acquisition would substantially exceed the benefits that would be derived from an alternative approach. Therefore, the Government found that consolidation is necessary and justified, and this notice shall be available for at least seven days prior to the release of the solicitation of this requirement. The solicitation for W9128F26RA024 is anticipated for release on or around 15 Oct 2025. This is also the consolidation notice for a possible, related MATOC under W9128F26RA011 (if this solicitation is ever released).



W9128F26RA024 will remain a small business set-aside.
