The City of Fairfield Housing Services Department is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the preparation of the FY 2027-2032 Consolidated Plan and FY 2027-2028 Annual Action Plan.

We are seeking qualified firms with experience in HUD planning processes, community engagement, and data analysis to assist in developing these strategic documents, which will guide housing and community development investments over the next five years.
