Description
The City of Hartford, acting through its Department and Budget, Office of Central Grants Administration, is requesting proposals from qualified firms (Consultant) to undertake the development of the City of Hartford’s FY 25-29. Five Year Consolidated Plan and FY25 Year One Annual Action Plan to Housing, Community Development, and Economic Development. Both plans must be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) no later than May 1, 2025 (subject to any written guidance for HUD received by the City on or after the date of contracting with the Consultant), after a 30-day public review and comment period.
