All or None** To establish an  agreement for lumber and non-contract building supplier for Conservation's Fisheries Section.
Vendor must be within 30 miles of  DCNR Warehouses 3608 Fairground RD., Montgomery, AL to allow for emergency pick-up of supplies.

First year valid dates are 11/2026-9/30/2027
DCNR intends to establish a multi-year agreement with the maximum contract term to be determined
at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in
pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract. Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars (25,000). See boiler plate.
Contract term to not exceed 5 years and/or $25,000. To be renewed annually.
