The City desires to contract with an experienced, competent and licensed contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and all appurtenances to make Interior Construction Repairs to the Herald Court Centre Offices Units 211 & 213, 117 Herald Ct., Punta Gorda FL 33950 which was damaged during hurricane Milton.

This contract and issued services/commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200.
