The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for furniture that will be placed in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room. Furniture to be purchased includes executive chairs, conference table, conference chairs, and console-styled tables. Product specifications may be found in the Line Item portion of the bid posting. Each bid must include fees for purchase, shipping, delivery, and assembly of all items.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 9:00 AM(ET) in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room in City Hall (700 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31093). To remain eligible for bid award, at least one representative from a prospective bidder must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's Ionwave procurement system by the designated date and time of Friday, April 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM(ET).
Bidders are encouraged to submit questions for clarification on the project scope or specifications. All questions must be submitted via Ionwave by Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM(ET).
The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, value, availability, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive all formalities.
