Scope of Services
The City seeks proposals to develop the design, configuration, installation and staff training for a new conference room audio-visual system that meets the City`s needs described within the RFP Solicitation Document.

The City will hold one (1) Site Visit on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the West Altamonte facility located at 950 Calabria Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. See the Solicitation Document for instructions. It is recommended that all proposers attend the Site Visit.
