Cone Street Gravity Sewer Project (PE25124)

Sealed bids for construction of Cone Street Gravity Sewer Project will be received until March 19th, 2026, 11 AM at the City of Brooklet City Hall at 104 Church Street, Brooklet, Georgia 30415. Bids may also be mailed to 104 Church Street, Brooklet, GA (Attn.: Lori Phillips). Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: Gravity sewer installation including 5,209 LF of 18" PVC using the open cut installation method, 15 manholes, 100 LF of 18" jack and bore in 24" casing, removing and replacing asphalt, erosion control, grassing, and miscellaneous construction work. Time allotted for completion of work is one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents are on file at Parker Engineering, LLC. The Scope of Work as described herein is defined as ¿utility contracting¿ in accordance with O.C.G.A 43-14-2(17) so the Contractor performing the work must provide proof of a valid license by the State of Georgia as a ¿Utility Contractor¿ and must also employ a ¿Utility Manager¿ certification holder who will have oversight of all the work. See Instruction to Bidders for additional bidding requirements. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. Funding is to be provided by the City of Brooklet. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities.
