Description

Conduct three Phase 1 “initial” environmental site assessments in accordance with 40 CFR 312, 33 CFR 137 and ASTM Standard E1527-13 on parcels listed in the Background Section of this Statement of Work. The overall purpose of the Phase 1 environmental site assessment is that the Agency needs to know the full range of “environmental issues and liabilities” associated with the parcel(s) prior to out-leasing the property under authority granted in Section 111 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
