SEPTA IS NOT BOUND TO PURCHASE ANY SPECIFIC QUANTITIES. THIS CONTRACT WILL EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT PERIOD OR THE EXHAUSTION OF QUANTITIES LISTED, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
