City of Trinidad - Concrete Work (Multiple Locations)

The City of Trinidad is requesting sealed bids for concrete work at three locations within
the city.

Project Locations & Scope of Work:
e Sewer Plant
13000 County Road 26.2
o Removal and replacement of 117 linear feet of sidewalk with a ADA ramp
diagonal toward front of building.
e Water Shop
222 N. Gray Creek Road
o Construction of a curb chase
e Fire Station #1
1605 Santa Fe Trail
o Removal and replacement of approximately 410 square feet of sidewalk
o Replacement of a section of concrete Dimensions are 15 x 12
o Fill and repair gaps on drive

Please see and use the attached Build Schedule for measurements and bid.

Sidewalks are 4" thick, with 4,000 psi concrete. Driveways are 6" thick, 4,000 psi
concrete with #4 rebar 12" on center, each way.

A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on May 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM at
City Hall. Contractors must attend in order to submit a bid.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the City of Trinidad by May 27, 2026 by 5:00pm.
