Separate SEALED BIDS for the installation of approximately 7500 square foot of flat work concrete at the Anthis Brennan Sports Complex. Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Tahlequah until 11:00 am on January 26, 2026. The sealed envelope must be legibly marked on the outside with the following information in the lower left corner: The word “BID”, Bid No., Project Name, and the Closing Date. All submitted bids must be stamped as received by the City Clerk prior to this time. Bids received after the time set for opening bids will not be considered.
The bids will be opened publicly on January 26, 2026 at 11:10 am in the Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 111 S Cherokee Avenue.

Any proposal submitted that was obtained from an outside source other than City of Tahlequah will be considered an irregular proposal and will be eligible for rejection.
A non-mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting may be scheduled with Ray Hammons for any interested bidders needing clarifications on expectations and precise measurements.
Bids may be held by the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.
The right is reserved, as the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
