Scope of Work:
The City of Ocala is seeking an experienced concrete restoration and structural repair contractor to provide comprehensive structural concrete repair, restoration, and protection services. Vendor will be responsible for investigating and addressing issues such as concrete spalling, cracking, delamination, and corrosion-related damage in multiple City buildings, facilities, and parking garages. The scope of work encompasses both structural and non-structural repairs, as well as the application of traffic coatings, waterproofing systems, and sealants. The contractor must implement essential safety measures to extend the service life and restore the capacity of the structures.
