2026 Concrete Sidewalk Replacement Program

The City of Oconomowoc is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace approximately 3,300 square feet of existing concrete sidewalk squares at various locations throughout the City. Sealed Bids are due at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 174 East Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 no later than 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 3 of City Hall. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked “2026 Concrete Sidewalk Replacement Program". The bidding documents are available at www.questcdn.com. Reference Quest Number 10073214. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security made payable to owner in an amount of 5% of bidder's maximum bid price in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier’s check. Bidder shall be required to submit a Qualification Statement to owner with its bid. Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in the full amount of the contract price. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid deadline. Bid security shall be forfeited to City of Oconomowoc if the bidder is awarded the work and fails to execute the agreement and furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to select any firm's proposal that it deems the most advantageous and serves in the best interest of the City.
