Concrete Replacement for Water Repair Areas

Project Description: The City of West Jordan, on behalf of the Public Utilities Department (“City”), is seeking bids from qualified concrete contractors (“Contractor”) holding a valid Utah E100 or S260 contractor’s license to replace concrete removed or damaged during water leak repair activities.
Work generally includes the removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveway apron panels impacted by utility repair work.
On a quarterly basis, the City will provide the Contractor with a list and map identifying repair locations. All assigned repairs shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of receipt of the repair list unless otherwise approved in writing by the City.
