Summary

The Town of Manchester is soliciting Request for Proposals for the repair of concrete at the Hockanum River Water Pollution Control Facility. This project includes replacing and repairing concrete at the HRWPC facility plant and related areas.



Background

Concrete at wastewater plants wears down over time from water, chemicals, gases like hydrogen sulfide, wear and tear, and weather changes. The Town needs a qualified contractor to repair damaged concrete in tanks, walls, floors, channels, clarifiers, walkways, and other areas to keep everything safe, working properly, and in compliance with rules.
