2026-2027 Concrete Projects

Project Description: Springville City is now accepting sealed bids for the 2026-2027 Concrete Projects.
This Request for Bids is for an on-call, unit-price construction agreement to provide concrete construction and related services for multiple projects at various locations throughout Springville City during the term of the Agreement. Work may include, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, drive approaches, cross gutters, and concrete flatwork; Asphalt saw cutting and patching; Excavation, grading, and road base preparation; Adjustments to manholes, valve boxes, and storm drainage structures; Landscaping restoration and miscellaneous appurtenant work; and Traffic control and other work necessary to complete assigned projects.
Specific project locations, quantities, and work assignments will be issued by Springville City on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. No minimum quantity of work is guaranteed.
All sealed bids must be received by Springville City Finance Office by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
