The intent of this solicitation is to secure a contract to provide concrete materials that will be used in a Volumetric Concrete Mixer by the City of Irving Traffic & Transportation Department – Streets Division. The city requires firm pricing for goods for a specific term, which are ordered on an “as-needed” basis throughout the year.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
