Sealed bids will be received by the City of Brandon, Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on January 21, 2025, in the office of the City Clerk, 1000 Municipal Drive, Brandon, Mississippi, 39042.

Bids will be taken for the following:

CAST IN PLACE REINFORCED CONCRETE PER THE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS.
CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER PRICED PER LINEAR FOOT

25 TO 100 FEET
100 TO 500 FEET
OVER 500 FEET

CONCRETE SIDEWALKS PRICED PER SQUARE FOOT 4 INCHES THICK

UP TO 50 SQFT
50 TO 500 SQFT
500 TO 1,500 SQFT
OVER 1,500 SQFT

CONCRETE DRAINAGE STRUCTURES PRICED PER CUBIC YARD

Prices shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide a finished product.  Pricing will remain in effect from the date of bid award, through September 30, 2025.  The City of Brandon will have the option to renew the bid agreement for three additional years after the initial year of service.  Annual increases in the contract amount are limited to the lesser of CPI or 5%.

The bid must be received in a sealed envelope, which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with “Bid Number 2024-22” and the NAME OF ITEM on which bid is being made and the DATE OF BID OPENING.  Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. The City of Brandon reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and to waive informalities.
