2025 Concrete Construction and Repairs

NOTICE TO BID

The City of Kirksville will accept sealed bids for 2025 CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIRS PROJECT NO. ST-25-003, at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 5, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be sealed and clearly labeled "SEALED BID - CONCRETE" Copies of the Contract Documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the Engineering Department, 660.627.1272. Although there are multiple bid items, the bid will be awarded based on the best value to the City. The City reserves the right to refuse any bid for any reason. Past performance will be considered in the selection process. No bidder may withdraw bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the day of opening bids. All wages paid for work under this contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri.
