Concord Road Improvements

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Aston Township for Concord Road Improvements until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 12th day of August 2025, at which time and place they will be opened and the bid results posted on PennBid™.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Questions may be asked through the PennBIDTM system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, August 6, 2025.
This contract involves roadway improvements on a state road including: excavation/demo, storm sewer pipe and structures, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, asphalt paving, ADA ramps, line striping, and traffic signals.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
