Concessions Services at Rockwell Theater

On behalf of the Bristol Parks, Recreation, Youth & Community Services Department, the City of Bristol (“the City”) is accepting proposals for concessions services at the Rockwell Theater to be provided at City-sponsored shows and events, at the Bristol Arts and Innovations Magnet School, Memorial Boulevard, Bristol CT.

Proposal submission documents are available at no charge by downloading from the City of Bristol web site via the document link noted below.

Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until May 6, 2025, at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the qualification(s) that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department; submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive. The City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City prior to the date and time noted above.
