Concessionaire Services for the Hopewell Valley Golf Course for the Mercer County Park Commission

The Mercer County Park Commission is seeking proposals from qualified Licensees interested in operating the food, refreshment and catering concessions at the Hopewell Valley Golf Course and Pool, located at 114 Pennington-Hopewell Road. Hopewell, NJ 08525. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek out and select one Licensee who will provide high quality food service and beverage at reasonable prices for banquets, special events, daily golfers and patrons with an emphasis on customer service.

SITE VISIT

A site visit will be conducted on April 9, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the Hopewell Valley Golf Course. Though strongly encouraged, the site visit is not mandatory. For questions about the site visit., respondents may contact Herman Snyder at 609-249-6503 or hsnyder@mercercounty.org .
