The Beauregard Parish Police Jury does hereby advertise for sealed Request for Proposals and will open on:
1. Tuesday September 30, 2025
2. At the Beauregard Parish Police Jury Office, 201 W. Second Street, DeRidder Louisiana, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., Central Standard Time
3. For the following item(s):
Request for Proposal to Operate Covered Arena Concession Stand.
4. All proposals must be submitted on forms contained in the RFP, which may be obtained by contacting Tina Simmons at the Beauregard Parish Police Jury Administrative Office, located at 201 W. 2nd Street, DeRidder LA, or by calling (337)463-7019, or electronically at www.centralbidding.com
5. In compliance with La. Act 590, electronic bid submittal procedures have been established for this Bid, and are available online at www.centralbidding.com
6. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
