Scope of Services
The City of Altamonte Springs (“City”) seeks qualified vendors to provide food and beverage concession services at Eastmonte Park, Merrill Park, and Westmonte Recreation Center. The intent of this revision is to promote vendor participation by clarifying operational expectations, reducing excessive upfront investment, and allowing flexibility in equipment and insurance requirements without compromising safety or service quality.
The City of Altamonte Springs is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed vendors or individuals to provide concession services at Eastmonte Park, Merrill Park, and Westmonte Recreation Center. Vendors may submit a proposal for one, multiple, or all locations. The City reserves the right to award contracts to more than one vendor to ensure a diverse range of food service offerings.
