T he City of Spokane, through its Parks & Recreation Department is initiating this Informal Request for Proposals to solicit Proposals for Concessionaire Services at the Numerica Skate Ribbon and SkyRide.

It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request. Proposals must be electronically submitted through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
