NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN ADVERTISED LEASE OPPORTUNITY FOR CONCESSION PROPOSALS AT Petit Jean State Park
The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism (Owner) is soliciting proposals to provide guided rock climbing services and related concessionaire amenities at Petit Jean State Park, Conway County, Arkansas.
The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism is soliciting business proposals from a qualified, private enterprise to provide concession services in guided rock climbing to include associated equipment rentals, retail sales, food and beverage, or other suitable commercial activities to the public. Concession space and associated facilities are provided. Hours of operation, fees, and other Concession Lease Agreement terms and conditions are negotiable.
A detailed Concession Lease Opportunity proposal package will be provided to interested parties. Owner reserves the right to negotiate revenue share based on proposals received.
The deadline to submit proposals for initial review is June 13, 2025. The solicitation may remain open beyond the initial date, until filled.
