Concession Operation Services at Bantam Lake State Boat Launch and Marina

The State of Connecticut, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is seeking proposals to secure management services at the Bantam Lake State Boat Launch and Marina (Facility) for recreational uses that include boating, fishing, hunting, boat launching and retrieval, car/trailer parking and marina docking. The facility provides boating access to Bantam Lake which includes a floating docking facility for approximately sixty (60) marina slips including four (4) of which are designated for use by the DEEP Environmental Conservation (EnCon) Police patrol boat, the Bantam Lake Authority patrol boat and/or other local fire, police and emergency vessels.
