Project Description: RFP - Request for Proposals. Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M, Friday, January 31, 2025. This RFP is to contract with an outside vendor for concession operations at Riverbend Park baseball & softball complex. The City is seeking a three-year contract where a concessionaire would establish, manage and operate two separate concession stands servicing and located in the facility.
