Title: Concession Beverage Provider for Parks and Recreation

City is soliciting a qualified vendor (Contractor) to provide and deliver bottled and canned beverage products and refrigeration units for six (6) concession stands. Additionally, the City would like to consider two (2) beverage vending machine (to be provided, delivered, and stocked 2 times monthly) located at compound/work areas on City property. All beverage products will be ordered by an authorized City Parks representative on an as needed basis (weekly) for Contractor delivery to the various concession locations for Parks and Recreation (refer to SCOPE OF SERVICE & PROJECT REQUIREMENTS ).
This agreement is anticipated to be awarded to one (1) Contractor able to provide a wide array of products as shown in the PRICING PROPOSAL .
The awarded Contractor shall be responsible for all tracking, administration, shipping, handling, delivery, restocking (removal of out of date product and replacement with new product), and equipment maintenance.
In the most recent 3 years, the City has ordered approx. 1100 - 1200 cases (cases of 24 each) annually of beverage products from beginning of spring season to end of fall season.
Information regarding the quantity and income from the vending machine locations is not available. However, a current provider has previously had beverage vending equipment at both locations. The City anticipates additional usage in the near future.
