Amendment 2: Addendum 2 is attached to the event. Addendum 2 includes the following:
•        Revise the due date and time of the Solicitation,
•        Provide a Revised Exhibit D: Pricing – Addendum 2, and
•        Respond to questions received by the deadline for questions as stated in Addendum 1 to the Request for Proposal.

Amendment 1: Addendum 1 is attached to the event. Addendum 1 includes the following:
•        Revise the due date and time of the Solicitation,
•        Provide an additional Question Deadline date and time,
•        Provide the Sample Contract and Exhibits referenced in the solicitation documents, Attachment F,
•        Provide the Attachment F, Supplement 1: Sustainable Products Response Document,
•        Provide the Buy-Back Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions and Supporting Documents
•        Revises Attachment G, and
•        Responses to questions received by the deadline for questions stated in the solicitation.

THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.

PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish contract(s) with value added reseller(s) (VAR) to provide desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, accessories, and services to the State of Minnesota Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. This RFP is for purchase only.

CONTRACT TERM. The anticipated initial contract term will be from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2027 with the option to extend up to an additional thirty-six (36) months in increments determined by the State.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is February 6, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Huebner at Elizabeth.Huebner@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
