Will Osceola accept partial bids for items listed? 6/25/2025 4:15:01 PM
Apple respectfully requests a meeting to discuss the bid requirements and our potential response to the bid via teleconference. 7/2/2025 3:28:14 PM
Apple has not authorized resellers to resell Apple in K-12 and only goes to market direct. Could you please clarify the rationale behind including Apple devices in this bid? 7/3/2025 10:20:52 AM
For the Attachment C Pricing Excel doc, the 2 student tabs (Student 2in1 and Student Clamshell): is there a specific criteria of Upgrade Options for DaaS (basic, enhanced, premium) designated from SDOC that we should look to achieve? Or is this going to be assigned by vendor choice?
7/3/2025 4:43:02 PM
In addition to what is being asked for in Section 6, should we also list our responses from 2.0 – 2.23, 2.25, starting on page 2 of the RFP? The material from these 2 parts of the RFP seem closely related, and can allow for a more coherent response.
7/3/2025 4:43:30 PM
Per RFP Page 14, Item 3.03 - C. "All required documents must be fully filled out and signed by an official who is authorized to legally bind the Respondent on all solicitation specifications." Can you please specify which documents will require a signature provided for the proposal submission? Would this requirement just apply for forms and addenda that have a signature space? 7/3/2025 4:48:43 PM
Will the district upload a copy of their Microsoft Shape the Future Letter of Eligibility to VendorLink? OEMs are able to provide significant discounts on Windows products if this document is provided. 7/8/2025 8:30:17 AM
Are devices delivered to a central location or multiple school sites or can be both potentially?

Will respondent be expected to perform inside delivery and installation services?

Are there any badging requirement for this?

Is there a minimum quantity of devices the district plans on ordering per instance?

What are the specific deployment tasks SDOC is requesting? Is there a standard list (per Excel tab) like asset tagging, imaging, etc.?

Will deployments take place during school hours, after hours, or over school breaks?

Does the district want the pricing to include weekly milk runs to each school or Central District pick-ups? Can the vendor provide pricing for both options?

We noticed August 8th to 18th is the window for demo units. These may be custom units and will need to be imaged. Is there some flexibility with this window? Keep in mind, this will be across multiple MFRs.

In the interest of efficiency and if OEM is able, can the OEM send all the imaged demo units on behalf of the reseller(s) to SDOC?

Can SDOC share or provide an expected forecast or approximate total per tab/category?

Is a stylus/pen required on the student convertible laptop device?

Are additional demos still required to ship if SDOC already received and has relevant demos in hand now?

Are there any deployment deadlines upon award or are they to be determined?

Is vPro required for the laptops? Would a non-vPro CPU be considered?
7/8/2025 10:09:55 AM
Can a bidder bid only the Windows devices and non-Apple solutions, and not bid any of the Apple devices/solutions? The reason for the question is that Apple normally either sells direct of has very, very few distributors of their products. Requiring all bidders to bid both non-Apple and Apple products would reduce the number of bidders drastically, and limit the options for the District. 7/8/2025 10:50:40 AM
Is it possible to get estimated quantities for all the tabs for new products/solutions on the pricing sheet? 7/8/2025 10:52:31 AM
Does the term Repair Facility reference the Repair Depot? 7/8/2025 2:24:42 PM
Is there a 90 day grace period for a company to setup logistics for the repair depot due to building contracts, inspections, logistics finalization, etc? It takes monetary investment and time to set up a proper repair depot. 7/8/2025 2:24:48 PM
Would SDOC prefer to utilize a repair depot that services multiple customers and school districts or one that is solely for SDOC? 7/8/2025 2:24:55 PM
Can you elaborate on what 1/5 of the geographical area means to SDOC and how that equates to as many as 35 site visits? 7/8/2025 2:25:07 PM
Do these sites include non-school sites? 7/8/2025 2:25:16 PM
Will the district amend the bid to separate Apple products? 7/8/2025 2:25:26 PM
For the CTE Workstation laptop, was is the screen size request? 16-inch would probably be the best option being they will be used for CTE. 7/8/2025 2:30:52 PM
Can you clarify how devices are expected to be delivered and staged at each school site (for example, will they need to be placed directly into charging carts, on shelving, or in another specified location)? 7/8/2025 2:40:16 PM

If it is being purchased for the additional device types, where should we list the ADP rates for these other device types? 7/9/2025 11:40:50 AM
