Project Description: This bid covers the complete removal of the failed condenser coil from the existing Compu-Aire computer-room air-conditioning unit designated ACC-614 (Compu-Aire Model CKA-534 III, S/N CK08-011-5072; manufacturer's unit designation T-AC-1), and the furnishing and installation of a new, compatible condenser coil, returning the unit to full operating condition. the unit's indoor (evaporator) section is located in the mechanical room and its air-cooled condenser is located on the roof of the WAS Building, 298 Mehrhof Road, Little Ferry, New Jersey 07643.
The Work includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, rigging, refrigerant handling, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the replacement and restore the system to full operation.
