The HVAC service agreement provides maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services to the agencies HVAC systems for the server rooms. These rooms house the agencies core network devices, telephone systems, and several servers dedicated to agency business. These systems must remain in an air conditioned environment or will overheat causing damage to the equipment
