- Summary:The City is seeking a long-term business relationship with a single vendor that has the existing capacity and the B2B relationships to deliver a high volume and wide range of commonly available information technology hardware, associated software and services. This capacity must include but is not limited to storage solutions (temporary holding facility for equipment, if needed), desktop/laptop/tablet computers, thin clients, monitors, printers/plotters, scanners and related peripherals. Offeror must also have existing capacity to provide full service for delivery, installation, telecommunication hardware, networking equipment, maintenance, and disposal for the products listed above. The vendor will assist the City with full lifecycle support for our information technology environment including asset inventory updating.
