THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non electronic and E-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.

PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to receive responses and award a contract(s) with a Vendor(s) to furnish Computer Cabling and Accessories (Data Center and Related Application) as specified herein to State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. This RFP is for materials only, no labor is required.

CONTRACT TERM: The Contract term will begin on the date of final contract execution and continue for (12) months. The contract may be renewed for up to (48) months, upon a written agreement by both parties.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS: Refer to the Special Terms, Conditions, and Specification's Overview for the cutoff date and time for written question submission. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Buyer listed above. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum to official solicitation holders.
