Project Description: The intent of this Invitation for Bids is to provide specifications for the purchase of two (2) new, unused, current model year Compressed Natural Gas Roll Off Refuse Truck for the Solid Waste Division of the City of Olathe’s Infrastructure Department. The Roll Off Hoist shall be installed on a minimum 66,000 GVWR cab and chassis. Bids will only be accepted for complete truck and body units; bids for individual components will NOT be considered for award to ensure a complete turn-key solution. The City will consider alternate bids for a unit that is already built, that meets the minimum requirements of this IFB with minimal modification, if it’s in the best interest of the City.
