HHSC PCS is seeking competitivebids to establish contract(s) for Compressed Gas Systems Replacement for theDSHS Laboratory.

Mandatory On-Site Visit

HHSCwill conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below onthe dates and times identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of thisIFB) or on the dates and times established in subsequent Addenda.

Theon-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as awalk-through of the facility.

Attendanceat one on site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result inthe disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log willnot be permitted to submit a Response.

On site visit instructions : Upon arrival,attendees are to proceed to lab building front entrance for securitycheck-in. Attendees must present adriver license or other form of government issued photo ID. They will be issued a temporary visitor’spaper badge and will be escorted to the jobsite to review existing conditions.
